This is my Story

From my earliest days, I have felt that I haven’t fully utilized my God given talents. I achieved successes as a high school athlete, but never excelled. I worked hard in college and when I graduated with my MBA from the University of Nebraska, but never but never reached the successes that I could have. That all changed as I went to work on myself 5+ years ago. I had the faith that if I looked inward and worked on me - that my authentic self would come forward. I put in the daily work of personal development – reading numerous authors, hiring an executive coach for the past 3 years and joining a paid peer-to-peer men’s coaching and development group. Both the personal and professional results and my overall happiness are more than I could have imagined.

I come from a farm background and have worked with farmers and in the field of agribusinesses throughout my career. I have seen an opportunity to share my unique skillset and help others.
